Step 1:
Click the below blue button to download the Remote Support tool

Step 2:
Once the program has been downloaded, a message may appear asking if you give permission to run this program, click yes. Install the tool, select basic and personal use.

Step 3:
When the program loads, inform the engineer of your ID code and your password on the screen.
Click the blue box to downoad TeamViewer.
