We had a recent wedding at our venue and the card machine decided not to connect to the Wi-Fi. This was a major disruption as everyone wanted to pay by card or contactless.
Having been on the phone to the card payment provider numerous times to try and sort the problem out, nothing was working. I then decided to give one of the Pegasus Engineers a call hoping they would answer with it being a Saturday evening.
I have to say the engineer was absolutely brilliant and sorted out the problem within 10 minutes.
